Today I took part in the nation's thank you procession past the cenotaph in London along with 10,000 other members of the public.

The wreath is now laid at the cenotaph in memory of 2nd Lt Dennis Ivor Day, on behalf of St Ives Rowing Club.

Some shots of the of the Quad and coxed 4 on the river at the Fours Head. Don't be fooled by the sunshine; just after Hametsmith as you turn towards Putney it was a different world with waves breaking over the riggers in into the boats.......

A cold start loading for Huntingdon Head, Masters quad Gary, Ben, Pip and Paul fastest boat of the day, Wins for the Masters 8 with Huntingdon, Sam and Rory double sculls, Connor J17 singles.
The ladies 8 had a good row, as did Lauren and Jess, but had no opposition.
